Focussing on a toy assembly problem, this course introduces moving from “push” to “pull” systems, using Kanban to organize your workflow and workers, detect defects early, and understand the benefits and pitfalls of multi- and merging-line systems as well as to analyze them using “Industry 4.0” tools.
